Whether our clients have registered for beginner or intermediate/advanced boot camp,expect an intense workout! This class is designed to burn fat, build lean muscle, stretch and strengthen. Experienced athletes can expect to get a killer workout and weekend warriors can keep their bods for their significant others or just stay fit to play baseball with the kids.
Classes are structured and taught by Rossano, who has instructed military fitness instructors, people who want to get in shape, moms, dads, and kids for years.
Boot camp WILL NOT add large amounts of muscle to the body.
Boot camp challenges the individual and differs from our competitors in that we take special care to make certain our boot campers are practicing exquisite form...something that the "other" assembly line places don't practice. Not only do we educate our clients, we make sure they get through their workout safely and without injury.
Classes are 45 minutes in duration and include post workout stretching. Classes are taught by Rossano and his trainers who have adapted Rossano's principles. Always expect something different, but one single goal in mind- to get the best possible workout you can in the time provided.
