What makes a 'bad ass' trainer?  'Bad' doesn't refer to how loud a trainer can yell or how big his muscles are. 'Bad' means doing what you said you'd do, but more...lot's more, and getting twice the smile from your client than either of you could have ever imagined.

For over 14 years I have been developing, training and sculpting bodies. I was inspired by the human body on a trip to Rome when I was 12 years old. That set me on my life path. I studied physiology and kinesiology at Wayne State University in Detroit and began training clients in my apartment.

I have trained Fire Departments (Pontiac Michigan), The Military (USMC Lt. Christopher Karwicki achieve a perfect 2300/300 PFT), and elite athletes (Charlie Sanders, former Ohio State and Detroit Lions star football player).

My first Studio, Body Morph, opened in Ferndale Michigan in 2003. Shortly thereafter I was named “Trainer to see when in Detroit” by Allure Magazine.

Taking a therapeutic approach, I have assisted individuals recovering from radiation, chemotherapy, Alzheimer’s and Multiple Sclerosis.

I am a strong motivator, very compassionate, and committed to my clients well being.

My new West Hollywood CA studio, Rossano, is the culmination of all I have learned. It’s a very personal space designed to inspire and provide the ultimate training experience for our clients.

Thank you for your time. I hope we can meet. Your initial consultation is complimentary and includes a mini workout.

Best of health. Rossano
